Who We Are

The Greenwich Democratic Town Committee is the official party organization responsible for the recommendation of Democrats to serve appointed and elected positions in the Town of Greenwich. The DTC consists of approximately 85 members and associates who serve two-year terms and represent the entire town. We also get involved in the campaigns of local, state and federal candidates (Democrats, of course!), and promote issues that are important to us.

Mission

• Promote and lead the Greenwich DTC and the Party's members in all Party endeavors
• Take positions on issues of importance to the Party
• Identify, recruit, nominate and elect the best candidates for both Party and Town offices
• Be strong watchdogs of issues and officeholders to insure our principles and interests are being pursued
• Recruit new people to become Democrats
• Raise money for the Party and its candidates
• Be active in all party endeavors
